5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on jli7 — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players in the Philippines can fund their accounts using the supported local payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to an account or method registered in your own name. jli7 does not accept third-party payments and reserves the right to return or withhold funds that appear to have been submitted from a payment source not belonging to the account holder.

6. Limitation of Liability
jli7 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of its services. jli7 is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity failures on the user's side, device malfunctions, third-party payment delays, government-mandated service interruptions, or force majeure events. Gaming outcomes on jli7 are determined by certified random number generation or live game mechanics, and jli7 does not accept liability for game results, perceived unfairness, or any financial losses incurred through normal platform use. Players acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and agree to participate at their own discretion and within their personal means.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit jli7's liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under Philippine law. 7. Account Suspension and Closure

Accounts that have been closed at the user's request may not be reopened without undergoing a fresh registration and verification process. If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance may be withheld in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Temporary Suspension
Applied during active investigations or when unusual activity is detected. Your account access is restricted while the review is in progress. jli7 will inform you of the outcome once the investigation concludes.
Permanent Closure
Applied when a serious breach of terms is confirmed. Permanently closed accounts are ineligible for re-registration under the same identity. Any balance may be withheld subject to applicable regulations.
Voluntary Closure
You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdraw your PHP balance before submitting your request to avoid delays in processing your final withdrawal.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the jli7 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, images, text, logos, trademarks, interface design, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jli7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
